The keel really does what it says—bent it into position and it stayed put the whole session, which made hands-free use way easier than I expected. Being able to snap it apart for quick cleaning is a bonus, and the waist strap is adjustable enough to stay snug without digging in.

The adjustable waistband holds everything securely without digging in, and the built-in keel keeps the shape I want during use. Only wish it came in a slightly smaller waist option, but for the price it's a solid setup.
